Socks is a 13 year old, chihuahua mix. He and his mom walk on Beach Drive often and want to help keep it clean with community Beach Walk clean up days. Socks is a cancer survivor and advocate (like his human mom).

Once your donation is received, you will receive an email with instructions to submit a photo (required) and your dog's campaign slogan or platform (optional). Limit your dog's campaign platform to no more than 2-3 sentences - the shorter the better.
Once your dog's candidacy is declared, we will create an individual voting page for your candidate and you will receive a link to your dog's ballot page to share. Your friends, family, and co-workers will be able to vote for your dog with donations of $1 per vote. The dog with the most votes will be the Salty Dog Mayor of St. Andrews for 2023 and serve as our ambassador throughout the year!
Voting ends at 11:59 p.m. on Feb. 23. Candidates are invited to join us at Salty Dog Day in St. Andrews, Feb. 26, for a formal proclamation at the Waterfront Market at noon to announce this year's winner.
